Staff send IT questions and problems to one place, and they get help from people who already know your systems.

Learn more →Ask five Denver companies how their team works and you'll get five different answers. One has engineers at a desk in Centennial and a sales lead who lives in Evergreen. Another runs three dispensaries and a grow facility with cameras in every room. A third is a twelve-person consultancy with nobody in the same office on the same day. Packaged IT plans tend to treat all of them identically, and that's how companies end up paying for tools they don't use while missing the ones they need.
We start from the opposite end. First we learn how your people, devices and data actually move, then we shape support around that: a help desk for day-to-day problems, monitoring and patching for every machine, security matched to what you hold, and backups you can genuinely restore. As the business changes, the setup changes with it.
The Front Range economy and the IT problems it creates
Few metros have as much aerospace packed into one corridor. Lockheed Martin Space is based in Littleton, United Launch Alliance in Centennial, BAE Systems' space business (the former Ball Aerospace) in Broomfield and Boulder, and Buckley Space Force Base sits in Aurora. Around them is a long chain of machine shops, engineering firms and software contractors. Many handle defense information, which now means CMMC requirements showing up in their contracts.
The rest of the economy is just as varied. The Denver Tech Center is full of finance, telecom and professional-services offices. Mining and energy companies such as Newmont and Ovintiv keep headquarters downtown. Colorado's legal cannabis industry, operating since 2014, runs on cameras, point-of-sale systems and state inventory tracking. And a large share of the metro's workforce spends at least part of the week working from home, whether that home is in Highlands Ranch or up the I-70 corridor.
Nature gets a vote too. The Marshall Fire on December 30, 2021 destroyed more than a thousand homes in Superior, Louisville and unincorporated Boulder County in a single afternoon, and spring snowstorms regularly close roads and offices across the metro. Colorado law also requires notifying affected residents within 30 days of discovering a breach of personal information. Planning for disruption, whether physical or digital, is simply part of doing business here.
Built around Denver's industries
Aerospace and defense suppliers
Machine shops, engineering firms and software contractors feeding the region's aerospace primes increasingly face CMMC clauses. We help them locate controlled information, tighten access, document controls against NIST SP 800-171, and keep that work current between assessments.
Cannabis dispensaries and grows
Licensed operators depend on surveillance systems, point-of-sale terminals and state inventory tracking, and a cash-heavy business is a target in more ways than one. We build networks that keep camera footage recording and retained, separate payment and guest traffic, and lock down the accounts used for state reporting.
Energy, mining and environmental consulting
Firms downtown, in Golden and along the I-25 corridor move large geospatial and modeling files and send staff to remote sites with spotty coverage. We set up file access that tolerates weak connections, secure laptops that live in trucks, and protect years of project data.
Outdoor and consumer brands
Colorado's outdoor-gear and food-and-beverage companies often sell online, wholesale and through a taproom or storefront at once. We help secure e-commerce admin accounts, keep card handling within PCI scope, and support small teams split between a warehouse and a home office.
Questions we hear a lot
Does the Colorado Privacy Act apply to a small business?
Often not directly. It applies to organizations that control or process personal data of 100,000 or more Colorado consumers a year, or 25,000 or more while earning revenue or discounts from selling that data. Colorado's separate data-security and breach-notification law, though, applies far more broadly and requires reasonable safeguards for personal information. Ask your attorney about your obligations; we handle the technical safeguards and documentation.
How do you support staff who work from home in the foothills or the mountains?
Everything we do is built for remote management, so a laptop in Conifer or Breckenridge gets the same monitoring, patching and security as one in LoDo. We use MFA and device-based access rules, keep files in managed cloud storage, and can lock or wipe a lost device. For people on weak rural internet, we pick tools that cope with slow or unstable connections.
Will you work with licensed cannabis businesses?
Yes. We focus on the technology: reliable networks for surveillance cameras and their recording systems, separated payment and point-of-sale networks, secure access to state tracking and accounting systems, and backups for the records regulators expect you to keep. Your compliance staff or attorney remain the authority on licensing rules; we make sure the IT side holds up.
Does a small supplier to an aerospace prime really need CMMC?
If your Defense Department contracts involve Federal Contract Information or Controlled Unclassified Information, the requirements are being phased into those contracts, and your customer will expect you to meet the right level. We help you work out which level applies, assess gaps, and build the documentation. The formal assessment, where required, is done by an authorized third party, not by us.
After the Marshall Fire, what should a business continuity plan cover?
Assume the building and everything in it could be gone overnight. That means cloud-hosted files and email, backups stored outside the area, a list of the systems and vendors you'd need on day one, and a way for staff to work from anywhere on replacement laptops. We help write that plan and test the recovery parts of it.
How we work
Map before we change anything
We document your people, devices, accounts and data flows first, so every recommendation fits how you actually work.
Trim what you don't use
Unused licenses, duplicate tools and forgotten subscriptions get flagged, so spending lines up with what's needed.
Protect the remote edge
Home offices, mountain cabins and job sites get the same sign-in security and device protection as headquarters.
Reshape as you grow
Regular reviews adjust your setup when you hire, open a location, win a new contract or change direction.
